Overview

Terminal Service Sessions require a "Fonts" folder to be created under each Windows Session folder. This folder does not require the fonts to be loaded into it, i.e. it can remain Empty for the issue to be resolved.

  • Right click the Windows Start button and then select Open Windows Explorer
  • Select C Drive and then Open the Windows File
  • Create a  new File called Fonts which can remain Empty
  • If a Fonts Folder already Exists check that the Terminal Service Session has Access enabled to this file.
