Customise Toolbar

Customise Toolbar - Do you know how to customise the ERP Toolbar from the General Tab?

The Toolbar menu can be customised, this can be done exactly the same as customising the Main Screen.

To access the Toolbar customisation screen:

  • Click on the General Module in the Main Screen or from the Windows Top Menu.
  • Click on Customise Toolbar button, to open the screen.

You can use a maximum of 13 buttons on the toolbar at any one (1) time.

The first Tab; Categories display all the available Menu Categories on the left side and all the selected Functionalities are listed on the Right side.

The Select Page to Customise is locked, because we use this screen for Toolbar Customisation only.

How to Customise

  • To load one of the buttons from the 'Available Buttons' onto Toolbar, you will need to highlight the button, e.g. Account, and then click on the single-arrow forward (>) key.
  • This principal works the same in reverse, to remove a button.
  • Selecting the double-arrow forward key will populate all Buttons, up to 13 in total, onto the Toolbar.
  • You can move the position of any of the Selected Buttons by highlighting the button and using the up and down pointed finger buttons to move the position in the list.
  • The Add and Delete buttons are locked when customising the Toolbar.
  • Selecting the Default button will reset the Toolbar page to the system default settings.
  • The Customised Toolbar can be copied to different employees by using the Copy To… tab.
  • Select the Employee(s) from the list that you wish to Copy To….
  • Select OK.
