You need to go to the 'Utilities' module and select 'preferences'. Then select 'Employee' options, and go down to 'Default Employee's List Date Range' where you will enter an amount of days past and forward. Remember the greater the gap between the days past and forward, the longer it will take to open the relevant list.

  • Select Preferences
  • Select Employee options
  • Scroll down to Default Employee's List Date Range
  • Enter amount of days past and forward
