The Auto Adjust Bin function allows you to adjust quantities in Bins to match quantities IN STOCK. These figures may have got out of balance as a result of a transaction not being allocated to a bin.
How to Auto Adjust Bin
- Select Inventory tab
- Select Auto Adjust Bin button
- The stock adjustment screen will open with a list of any adjustments required.
IMPORTANT - You must process these adjustments before running Auto Adjust Bins again or you will create duplicate adjustments.
*Double Click each adjustment in turn and select Process
