Overview
The Batches screen is a list of all stock with batches turned on with filters to show Available Stock, Stock In (Purchased) Stock Out (sold) and Stock on Sales Orders.
How to view Batches
- Select Inventory Tab
- Select Batches button
- SelectSummary radio button to summarise stock by batch
- Select Details radio button to see all items within each batch
Within the above you can filter as follows: Select Available radio button to see stock currently available SelectStock In radio button to see all transactions that increased quantities of batch stock Select Stock Out radio button to see all transaction reducing Batch Stock Select On SO radio button to see all stock allocated to unconverted Sales Orders Select All radio button to see all Batch stock
