Overview
Using Barcoding allows you to control your manufacturing floor from the Barcode Manufacturing screen including tracking employee timesheets as they work on manufacturing jobs.
How to use Barcode Manufacturing
- Select Manufacturing tab
- Select Barcode Manufacturing button
- Select Print Control Codes button. This gives you a sheet with all of the barcodes needed to work in this screen
- The Barcodes match the icons on the Barcode Manufacturing screen which can also be used as an alternative.
These buttons are also suitable for use with Touch Screens.
For the following read SELECT as scan if using barcodes.
- Select the Employee doing the work
- Select a Job - Each process step will be displayed
- Highlight the processes you want to work on
- Select Worksheet to print Production Worksheets for the selected processes (these print with their own barcodes)
- Select other functions as required
