Appointment to Repair
How do you create an Appointment from the Repair?
You can schedule a time or make an Appointment to work on a repair. This allows you to track time taken on each job, create an itinery for repairers and track hours to be charged for the repair.
- To create an Appointment from the Repairs Screen select the Workshop Module and then the Repairs List Button
- Select a Repair to be scheduled
- Select the Equipment tab and add the Equipment to be worked on
- Select Time Sheet Entries and add Rates etc
- Select the Appointment button which will load the Main Calendar
- Double click on a Time and Date for the repair to be worked on
- Select the Service tab and select the appropriate service type to be completed - this loads the Charge Rates and Save
