Weeks To Display
Have you defined how many weeks in advance that you wish to display the calender?
The number of weeks to display is largely dependent on the amount of time taken to process orders.
From the Main Menu select How to Set Product Source Go to Utilities Tab Select Preferences Select Manufacturing Under the heading Production Planning, enter the number of days
Auto Scheduling
Under the heading Auto Scheduling, set the number of Auto Production scheduling Grace Days. This is how many days from when the order is placed until you need to schedule it. You can set the number of grace days to Forward. eg. Forward 1 day means the order will be scheduled for production 1 day after the order is placed. Alternatively you can set the number of grace days Reverse. eg. Reverse 1 day means the order will be scheduled for completion 1 day prior to the shipping date
