Adding Branches

How do you add a branch to a BOM?

Each item in a BOM must have its own Branch with its own process steps and input types. A branch can be off the main tree or it can be a branch off a branch in the case of a Sub-Assembly for example.

  • To Add a Branch Right Mouse click on any line and select Add Branch
  • Double Click to select a Product from the Product List
  • Single Click to Type in a Value
  • A Value may be for example a Colour Choice
