Go into Sales, Customer List and highlight the Customer you are wanting to Define.

This will open the Customer Tab. Click on General and check the Source has been added.

            (a)    Where the Customer was sourced from.

            (b)    And also, how many contacts you have had with them.

This also helps to work out the ratio of which is the best sourse that most customers come from.

Defining Customers

Where do you assign a Source to a Customer?

  • From the Sales module select the Customer List and highlight the Customer you are wanting to Define.
  • From the Customer card select the General tab
  • Select a Source from the Drop Down
  • This will enable you to Track where the Customer was sourced from and how many contacts you have had with them.
