Overview

Service Pad: This is a calender in which your appointment could be listed accordingly, so that you have a track of your schedules.

To access Service Pad; Go to Workshop Module and click on Service Pad. A message at the top in red will say that this form only show the'Repair' appointment of a particular employee, usually the one who is logged in with his credentials. For other appointments you have to check it from the Main Calender.

This particular calender have similar options as of in the Main Calender. You can toggle between Day Mode, Week Mode and Month Mode.

Time Increment: From here you can customize your time sheet. On what time frame you want this form to appear you can change it from 5 minutes to 60 minutes frame from the drop down menu.

Date Select: You can choose a particuar date from here to move to check your required appointments on a particular date.

Appointment Status: You can select status of the appointment from the drop down menu and it will automatically show you the required appointment. For Example: if you want to see all the 'Rescheduled' appointments, then you will select 'Rescheduled' from the drop down menu. This will show only the appointments that were rescheduled.

Source List: Clicking on source list will take you on the Source List page giving you the in depth information of the source.

Refresh: Refresh Tab will show the information that has been entered recently.

Holidays: This tab will help you to mark the holidays in the calender. Clicking on this tab will take you on the Public Holidays window and you can enter the holidays according to your region which will appear in the appointment calender.

Print: You can print out your appointment sheet from this tab.

Customise: Clicking on this will show the list of all the Reps. You can click all those you want to see.

From this calender a 'Repair' can be made. Double click on any time and date will take you directly to the Repair window and you can create a Repair
