Overview
Chart of Accounts
Chart of Accounts - Is it clear that your Accounts within the Chart of Accounts can be viewed in a number of ways?
The Chart of Accounts List can be viewed in List Mode or Tree Mode.
- From the Main Menu select Accounts Module.
- Select Accounts List button to view Chart of Accounts.
- You can view by Active Accounts, Inactive Accounts, or All Accounts, by selecting the required radio button on the top right.
- You can view yourChart of Accounts in either List mode or Tree mode.
- Tick on the Tree Mode box on the far right top of the page to view the Chart of Accounts List in Tree Mode.
- When you are in Tree Mode you can click on the bottom left Expand All button, allowing the user to view all on-going accounts.
You can set the default setting to view the Account Lists either in Tree Mode or List Mode.
- Select Utilities Module.
- Select Preferences.
- Select Accounts Tab from tabs on left.
- Tick Default to Tree View for Chart of Accounts List to view Accounts List in Tree Mode when you open it. Untick to view in List Mode by default.
