Overview

Chart of Accounts

Chart of Accounts - Is it clear that your Accounts within the Chart of Accounts can be viewed in a number of ways?

The Chart of Accounts List can be viewed in List Mode or Tree Mode.

From the Main Menu select Accounts Module.
Select Accounts List button to view Chart of Accounts.
You can view by Active Accounts, Inactive Accounts, or All Accounts, by selecting the required radio button on the top right.
You can view yourChart of Accounts in either List mode or Tree mode.
Tick on the Tree Mode box on the far right top of the page to view the Chart of Accounts List in Tree Mode.
When you are in Tree Mode you can click on the bottom left Expand All button, allowing the user to view all on-going accounts.

You can set the default setting to view the Account Lists either in Tree Mode or List Mode.

Select Utilities Module.
Select Preferences.
Select Accounts Tab from tabs on left.
Tick Default to Tree View for Chart of Accounts List to view Accounts List in Tree Mode when you open it. Untick to view in List Mode by default.
