Statements

Can you print a Statement?

Go to Main Screen and select Payment modules then select Print Statements button.

  • Click All to select all departments
  • Select Date From and To
  • Select a Customer Name (You may hold Ctrl to select multiple customers)
  • Select Preview to view the Statement
  • Select Print to print the statement, Select Fax to fax the statement, Select email to email the statement

You may also auto send to email statement to customers automatically and click close to end transactions.
