New Marketing Contact
New Marketing Contact - Can you create a new Marketing contact?
To create a 'Marketing Contact' you need to go to the 'Marketing' module. Once you have clicked on 'Marketing Contact' the Marketing Contacts Card will open. This is where you are going to fill out all the relative information around that contact. The first and default tab that will open is the 'Contact Info' tab. Start by filling out all this basic information. The next tab to look at and fill out will be the 'Address Info' followed by the 'Contacts' tab. In the 'Contacts' tab, to create a new and different contact, select 'New'. To update with the information you just filled in the 'Contact Info' and 'Address Info', click 'Edit'. Once all the information is filled out and up to date, click 'Save' and done. The two key areas to fill out for tracking, statistics and 'Telemarketing' campaigns will be to fill out the 'Company Type' found in 'Contact Info' tab and the 'Source' (How did the Marketing Contact hear about you) for this contact found in the 'Address Info' tab.
