Prospect vs Marketing Contact
Prospect vs Marketing Contact - What is the key difference between these two contact types?
A 'Marketing Contact' is a contact that has never been contacted before and a 'Prospect' is someone you have spent time with, (ie, creating an Appointment/Follow up time with them) trying to convert them into a potential 'Customer'.
