Leads - Do you understand that Leads is a way of tracking which Contact Types?
'Leads' is the way in which we track 'Marketing Contacts'. So how much work and effort went in to turning this 'Marketing Contact' into a 'Customer'. How many follow ups were done, emails were sent, quotes produced and ultimately money made in turning this contact into a customer.
