New Lead - What are the different ways of loading contacts as Leads?
You can create a new 'Lead' straight from the 'Marketing' module by clicking 'Lead'. This will create the 'Marketing Contact' and convert straight into a 'Lead'. You can also create the 'Marketing Contact' from the 'Marketing' module and then convert to 'Lead' by clicking the button 'Lead' from the Marketing Contacts Card. Then finally you can also convert a contact into a 'Lead' from 'Telemarketing'. Go into 'Telemarketing', select the 'Contact List' and when on the desired customer you can click the button 'Lead' located at the bottom of the Telemarketing Card.
