Lead Status
Lead Status - How do you assign a Status to a lead and create a new status if required?
So the Lead Status will be managed for the 'Quotes', 'Invoices' etc. that go out to the leads. These statuses for the 'Quotes' etc. can be input from within the 'Quote', 'Sales Order', 'Invoice' etc. under status. Click on the drop down beside the word 'Status' from within. (eg. Approved, Not Approved etc). To create a 'Lead/Quote Status Type' go to the 'Marketing' module and click 'Lead/Quote Status Type' button. Then enter in the 'Type' of status (ie, Approved) followed by a description and click 'OK' to save.
