Customize Screen

How do you Add Reps and multiple Time Zones to the Main Calendar?

You may add Reps and Multiple Time Zones in Main Calendar by:

Appointment Module

  • Main Calendar
  • Select Customize(bottom of screen)
  • Tick Reps you want shown on the main calendar

Then Time Zones

  • Right click on grid
  • Select add edit delete
  • Select from down arrow your Zone Name
  • Create a Short Name if desired
  • OK
