6 Back-Up on Exit

Back Up on Exit
Do you know how to make the last person on exit auto Backup function?
- From the Main Menu select Utilities Module and then the Preferences button.
- Within Preferences select the Utilities tab
- Select the Backup on Last Person Exit Radio Button and then Save.
- ERP will now Automatically run a Back up when the last person in the system exits their workstation.
- The Backup will be stored in the Backups folder on the C Drive of the Server
