Creating Batches
How do you activate Batches to be used?
Batches are used to track Inventory items based on the original Purchase Order or Manufacture
- Select a Product from either the Express Products List or the Products List
- Select the Batch/Bin tab on the Product card
- Turn on the Batch Tracking radio button
- Select Automatic so when you create a Sales Order the batch is Automatically allocated OR select Manual and a dialogue box will appear so a Batch can be selected from the list.
- Now when you sell the product a box Allocate Batches will appear for you to choose the Batch Number
- An Expiry Date can be entered if the product has one and the Qty auto loads
