New Equipment
Where can you add Equipment from the main screen?
New Equipment can be added from within the Equipment List, from the Main Screen, from a Product or from a Quote
Once in the New Equipment page either method is the same.
To add Equipment
- From the Main Screen select the Workshop module and then theEquipment button.
- Enter the details of the new equipment in the Name, Description, Manufacture and Model fields where applicable
- The Linked Product field is automatically filled if the equipment is created from a sale and does not need to be edited
- The Spare Parts of the Equipment will be populated as parts are used in repairs
