Memorised Transactions

Memorised Transactions - Do you know how a Memorised Transactions works within ERP?

The memorised transaction list is the list of all the transactions on which you have activated the memorised transaction option.

In most of the Transactional windows, like Invoice, Sales Order, Bill etc, you will find this option on the top right corner. You will see a text Right Click-For More.... Right click there, and a menu will appear. You will see two option on top Memorise Transaction and Memorised Auto Transacion.

Memorise Auto Transaction will post the transaction automatically without popping up any reminder. Whereas, Memorise Transaction will prompt before posting the transaction.

How to Do Memorise Transaction?

Go to a transnational window, Right Click on the top right where it says 'Right Click for More...'. Click on ' Memorise Transaction'. This option will be inactive until you enter other details in the transnational windows like Customer/Supplier name and the Account Name or Product. Clicking on 'Memorise Transaction' will open up a window where you can set the ERP to memorise transaction till the infinite time.

Select 'Base Date' which is the start date and the 'Final Date' till the time you want the system to remember this transaction. Select the frequency of the transaction how many times Daily, Monthly or Yearly.

If there is any off day, or holiday during this time from 'Base Date' to 'Final Date' you can shift them from 'Post', 'Drop', 'After Shift' and 'Before Shift' options.

Once done, click save to memorise the transaction.

In 'Employees Preferences' you can set the activate the reminder and the days in advance it should prompt in your reminders.
