Can you track and send Letters, Emails and SMS messages?

To Track Letters, Emails and SMS messages, you must have Access to the employee module.

You have to first set up the SMS messages:

• Utilits
• Preferences
• Edi and Integration
• SMS
• Emails - in the employee card

To start click:

• Employee Module on the Left
• Employee List function on the Right.

When the list opens select:

• Employee - you want to set up for tracking theirLetters, Emails and SMS messages.

On the Employee card select:

• Documents - button on the Left.
• To Track' these documents the User must send letters and emails from this window.
