Can you create multiple Shipping Addresses for a customer?
In some cases it may be desirable to have multiple shiping addresses for a single client such as when providing a Drop Shipping service. This can be done from within the Invoice.
How to create a new shipping address
Select Sales tab Select Invoice button Select Customer from the Drp Down list Double Click on the Shipping Address - this will take you to the Shipping Address List Select New button Select from existing addresses if it exists - The address will only be here if you have delivered to this address previously even though it may have been for a different customer. ie. You have drop shipped to the same end user for different customers. If address doesn't exist type in new details Select Save Select the new address from the list and it will drop into the Invoice. Enter ETA Days Following Dispatch Date - this is the number of days expected for delivery Select Save
