Overview

The Job Time Sheets screen displays a list of time sheet entries for manufacturing jobs showing scheduled time vs actual times and enables you to convert the entries into actual time sheets. Standard filters allow for a Summary view, Details View and Extra Details view.

How to View Job Time Sheet entries

• Select Manufacturing tab
• Select Job Time Sheets button
• Select Summary radio button to view times sheet totals per Sale
• Select Details radio button to view time sheet details per process
• Select Extra Details to view time sheet details per employee

How to create Job Time Sheets

• Select Completed radio button - this displays completed time sheet entries.
• Hold CTRL and select timesheets for an employee
• Select Timesheet button - confirm and a manufacture time sheet will be created.
