Overview

The Taxation page reflects the information in the employees Tax File Number Declaration form and is necessary to ensure the correct Tax Scales are used in calculation of PAYG deductions. The Award should be selected in the Pay Details tab before entering information in this screen and follow the prompts at the bottom of each page.

How to Use Taxation

• Select Employee Tab
• Select Employee or an Employee from Employee List
• Select Taxation tab
• Complete fields in accordance with the information provided in the employees Tax File Number Declaration form

Extra Tax If the employee has requested that extra tax be deducted enter here the percentage or fixed dollar value to be deducted each pay.
