Batch Product Creator

ERP Batch Product Creator gives the user the ability to create multiple categories with different attributes for the
same product, e.g. size, colour, type etc.
How to use Batch Product Creator
- Select the Inventory tab
*Select the Batch Product Creator button to load the 'Batch Product Creator' entry screen
- Select the 'Abbreviator' button to load the 'Product Code Abbreviations' entry screen, where you need to first
set up your Categories.
- Select 'Category1' and rename it eg.'Size' in the 'Code Category Name' field on the right.
*Enter the attributes of your Category e.g. Small SM, Medium MED, Large LGE
*Continue to name the number of Categories you require and add attributes to each one.
- When you have entered all your required Categories and Attributes select 'SAVE'.
- You can drag and drop columns to change there order.
- You are ready to start creating your Products.
*To create a products selection type, select the product from the 'Selected Product' drop-down
*Select each Category with the appropriate attributes by left-clicking on each attribute while holding down
the ctrl key.
*Select 'Create' once you have chosen your attributes.
- Select the Product List button from the Inventory tab to view the list of product items just created through
the Batch Product Creator. i.e. Nike Runners, Sm, Med, Lge, Red, White, Blue
To create a product for every possible variable, simply follow these steps:
- Select the base Product from the 'Selected Product' drop-down
*Select the 'Select All' button at the bottom of each column
*Select the 'Create' button
Refer to the Product List to view the list of the newly created variables for this product.
