Payroll and Employee screen


Do you understand what happens to the employee screen, when payroll is turned off?

If an employee has the correct access levels for payroll, the Payroll Access radio button in employee preferences needs to all be selected also. If it is not selected the employee will not be able to view the payroll screens.

    ie. Payroll will not be in the Main Menu tabs.

Keep in mind that there are two preferences required to be on, to display payroll. 1, Module preference for the company file 2, Employee preference for access.
