How do you create a Staff request for products?
In Smart Order it gives you the ability to select products you wish to order from multiple Suppliers within a single interface, then create purchase orders for each individual Supplier. So for example if Staff need to order multiple products this is the site to do it from.
How To Create a New Smart Order
From the Purchases Tab, Select the 'Smart Order' Button Type in the Description of your Smart Order in the Smart Order Description Field Type the code of the product you wish to order into the 'Name' Field Save. Click on the Smart Order List Click on the Merge New tab and hold down Control, then click those products needed. Save. This has now created the list needed for staff requirements.
