POS Points
What is the main point to be remembered in this section? What do you have to put in before any points will be assigned?
Go into POS at the top of your screen. You will see a screen come up that shows such titles as - Sales Person, Product List, Customer and so on. Before doing anything else, you MUST enter a Customer, if no Customer is chosen then no points will be given.
Now pick your Product, then you MUST choose your Customer. Go to the Customer Tab and do this. Once you have chosen your Customer you will see their details shown on the bottom left hand side of the screen.
Obviously to have points given you must choose a Product with Reward Points.
Once you have done this hit Cash. This will automatically be saved.
