New Contacts
Do you know how to add a new Contact?
From within the Customer Card, select the contact Tab
On the right hand side of the contact screen you will see a tab New.
Click on this and it will open to another screen which will allow you to input a New Contact. If you are loading to an existing customer you click on the Original tab.
This will show all the relevant information ie. address and phone numbers already needed for this Customer.
You will see a blank space for the New Contact details to be put in. Add these details, including an email address if possible and click save.
If this person is going to be the new Primary Contact you must tick the Primary Contact box, then save.
