Telemarketing
What is the main purpose of the Telemarketing section?
The Telemarketing section allows you to run Telemarketing Campaigns under a selected Criteria.
Select the Marketing Tab Select the 'Contact Selection Range' button Enter the Name of the Selection Range you wish to create, e.g. State QLD, NSW Add the Selection Criteria as required If multiple Selection Criteria is selected you must decide whether it is an And/Or selection Select SAVE Select the 'Telemarketing' button Select the newly created Selection Range from the drop down menu under Contacts Lists: Start calling your contacts listed in this Campaign keeping a record of all Action Types
