Marketing Reports
How do you access the Marketing Action List and what is the benefit of this List?
The Marketing Action List is under the Marketing radio button located via the 'Report Selector'.
The Report Selector is located via the 'Reports' button at the base of the ERP Main Screen; also on most tabs under the "module named" Reports button, e.g. under the Marketing Tab the button is called "Marketing Reports"; also under the top Windows topbar menu under 'Reports'.
The Marketing Action List is a detailed report on all Actions taken between the selected date range for any or all Leads.
The List is customisable for you to display the columns relevant to your requirements. Like all Lists / Reports in ERP you can sort by columns and filter by selected criteria.
This list provides you the benefit of:- Knowing how long it has taken to create a Customer out of a Lead How many 'Actions' it took to establish the Customer How efficiently your Sales and Marketing team are performing, by Rep
