Converting Quote
Where would you find the Quote created from the Lead, and how would you convert it to a Sales Order?
Select the Sales tab Select the Quote List button Select the relevant Quote Double click to open the Quote you wish to convert to an Order Select the 'Copy to Order' button - found in the middle/upper section of the Quote form The Sales Order form will load with all the data from the Quote In the process of converting the Quote to an Order, the Sales Inventory Verification form will load giving you the opportunity to order stock if required.
The Lead will record the logged Sales Order for future reference. You will then have a record of the date the sales order was created so you can refer to your Sales Order List in ERP to retrieve the Order and convert to an Invoice.
