Chart of Accounts
Have you assigned all tax codes for your chart of accounts?
You can assign tax codes to any account in your chart of accounts. At the very least you should assign tax codes to all expense and income accounts as this helps with BAS and VAT reports.
How To Assign Tax Codes?
Select the Accounts Tab Select the Accounts List button. For this excercise it is best to have the report in Tree Mode so that all expense accounts are grouped together and income accounts are grouped together Select the account you want to add a tax code to. Select the Tax Code from the drop down list Save
