Loading Costs
Where do the cost values load from in the BOM?
Every product used in a BOM will have its own cost
This ensures that the correct price is charged for the product. In the case of the choice of Wheels for the wagon the different wheels available have a different price. The user doesn't need to know the different prices because the system calculates the price when the choice is made. The cost and price is loaded into the BOM from the component product's cost and price. They cannot be changed in the BOM, you must make any changes in the underlying product file and then refresh the BOM
