Producing Purchase Orders
How do you create purchase orders from the Production Parts Status list?
The Production Parts Status screen displays a list of all jobs and the parts or products required to complete each job as well as the stock status of each product. For products that don't have sufficient stock, it also displays the critical order date as calculated from the Product Deliver Grace Days in preferences.
How to produce a Purchase Order from the Production Parts Status screen
Select the Manufacturing tab Select Production Parts Status button Select the Products that you wish to order Select the Smart Order button - this will open the Smart Order screen Select Create POs button - this will create a purchase order for each supplier
