Appointment to Repair
How do you create an appointment from the Repair?
You can schedule a time or make an appointment to work on a repair. This allows you to track time taken on each job, create an itinery for repairers and track hours to be charged for the repair.
How to create an appointment from the Repairs Screen.
Select Workshop tab Select Repairs List button Select a Repair Select the Equipment tab and add the equipment to be worked on Select Time Sheet Entries<LinkId=1023> and add rates etc Select Appointment<LinkId=1014> button Enter time and date for the repair to be worked on Select Service tab and select the appropriate service type to be completed - this loads the charge rates Save
