14 Turn on Payroll

Payroll Module


Do you understand what happens to the Payroll screen, when payroll is turned off?

If an employee has the correct access levels for payroll, the Payroll Access radio button in Employee - Personal Preferences needs to  be selected. If it is Not selected the employee will not be able to view the Payroll screen.

    ie. Payroll will not be in the Main Menu tabs.

Keep in mind that there are two preferences required to be on, to display payroll. 1, Module preference for the company file 2, Employee preference for access.
