Defining Customers
Where do you assign a Source to a Customer?
- From the Sales module select the Customer List and highlight the Customer you are wanting to Define.
- From the Customer card select the General tab
- Select a Source from the Drop Down
- This will enable you to Track where the Customer was sourced from and how many contacts you have had with them.
