Showing Customer Points
Can you keep checks on what points are still available to Customers?
- From the Main Menu select the CRM module and then the Reward Points button
- From the Product Loyalty Rewards list you will be able to see who has points, how many they have available and also how many have been Redeemed.
There is also a seperate Video covering this, so please watch that to get an even better idea of how this section can help.
