Customer History
Do you know where to view Customer History?
- From the Sales module select the Customer List and then select the Customer you wish to look at.
- From the Customer Card select the History Tab.
- In History you will be able to see all the Customers past notes on such things as Appointments, AR Notes, Invoices, Quotes etc
- The Customer History List can be searched by Date and with F5,F6 & F7 functionality
