Fax Spool List

Spool List Fax Spool List: This is the list of all the contacts who you want to send fax.
The options Spooled, Cancelled and Completed gives the status of the data accordingly. If you click on spooled it will give you complete list. Cancelled option will show you the list of contacts whose fax was cancelled or not delivered. The completed option will tell you who have successfully received the fax.
There is the search option at the top, with F5, F6, and F7 option. F5 gives everything. F6 is anything starting with and F7 is for anything that includes that.
From the drop down menu of search option you can select the category you want to search in. The customise tab at the bottom will help you to customise your Fax Spool List as what categories you want to include in the list.
With the Export tab you can export your Fax Spool List to your hard drive.
