Link to: This tab is for linking the software with the website.
You can access link tab from the Utilities module. Clicking the ‘Link to’ tab will open up a window with a tab stating ‘Link to a Web Site’, click this link. This will open up a page ‘Web API Test’ .
On this page, on the top right in the ‘ERP Server Name’ provide the server name or address. In the internal address provide the details, if unknown leave it blank.
Below this you will find six testing platforms for the integrity of the website with the software.
1. Check internet access and find your public (Internet) IP address. 2. Check the ERP Utilities Server. 3. Check Web API Module Configuration. 4. Check ERP MySQL Server. 5. Check Internet Communication with ERP through the WebAPI Module. 6. Check External Communication with ERP though the WebAPI Module.
Click Test at the bottom, if everything is intact and integrated it will appear as pass. If not Fail in red will appear. In case of Fail, you need to check on which platform it has failed and need to make the changes accordingly.
