Overview
Email List: To access Email List, Go to Utilities Module, click email button.
Here you will have a track of all the emails you have sent and received.
The search option F5, F6, and F7 is there for your ease if you want to search for any email. You can select the search criteria from search column or you can click on any column and do you require search.
You can search all the emails over a certain time frame by managing the dates from the top right.
If you want to check email on different periodical duration then click on the drop down menu above date. This option will help you to track all the email correspondence over a certain period of time. For Example you want to search all the email address of Previous Financial Year, or First Quarter or This Quarter etc, then by selecting any all the emails of that period will appear.
Customise: By clicking on this tab you can customise your Email List columns accordingly.
Export: You can export the Email list to Excel Spreadsheets by clicking on this tab.
New: You can create a new entry.
Print: This tab will print out the email list.
Email Config: Email Configuration can be done through this tab. You can configure your email address with the software through here. Clicking on this tab will ask you information in order to integrate your email with the software. Provide the details, then Test and save.
Email Purge: Through this tab you can delete all the email prior to a certain period.
