Overview

Sales Dashboard: To view Sales Dashboard, go to Sales Module and click the Sales Dashboard button.

You can also set the preference setting accordingly in the Utilities --> Preferences ---> Utilities. Click Show Dashboard, which has two option Main Dashboard and Sales Dashboard. Select Sales Dashboard, with this option on whenever you start ERP the sales dashboard will appear.

The Sales Dashboard gives you the entire summary of your Sales Department. It is a concise report on your sales giving you an idea where you are standing. The Reminders gives you the information how many schedules related to sales are due are need attention to.

The Description give you a summary of your income, cost and profit been raised. From the top left you can change the dates according to your need or you can simply ignore it to get the summary on sales from start till date.

Sales Analysis (Manual): Gives you the status of the sales process or the work flow of the sales team, and also Cost and the Income.

The bottom three areas shows different graphs, Top Ten Customers, Top Ten Products and Top Ten Salesmen giving you a better idea where your company is standing which customers are more loyal, and who are you best sales people. With this information a company can position themselves accordingly in the market and can make decisions accordingly.

From the top left, you can select all employees which will give you the summary of all employees. Also, you can select an individual Sales person from the drop down menu to see particularly his or her details and performance
