Overview

Follow-Up Types: From this option you can create the follow-up types. Mostly follow-ups are done through Phone. If you want to add any follow up type, like email, fax etc then from this window you can create the follow-up types which will appear in against to you marketing contact so that you can mark them accordingly.

To access this option; Go to Marketing Module and select Follow-Up Types button. This will open up a screen allowing you to create your own defined follow-up types.
