Turn on Payroll
Turn on Payroll - Do you understand what happens to the Payroll screen, when payroll is turned off?
With the Payroll Access on, you will be able to see the Payroll module on the Main Screen. Second, within the Employee Card you will see more options on the left side mostly related to Payroll (if the Payroll Access is ON). Turning off Payroll Access, is off for an employee he/she will not be able to see the Payroll Module on the Main Screen, and in the Employee Card the employee will see less options.
How to Turn ON/OFF Payroll Access?
- Select Employee module.
- Select Personal Preferences button.
- Under General you will find Payroll Access. Tick the radio button to turn Payroll Access ON.
