1 Creating Appointments

Appointments Module
Book appointments, service calls, allocate personnel to specific jobs or even schedule repair,maintenance work, all in the one fully integrated suite.
Creating Appointments can be created in number of areas. Can be created in main calendar and double click the time and create.
♦ Select Appointments Module ♦ Fill in Company name and it will drop down all the details ♦ Tab and fill in Starting date tab and fill in ending date ♦ Press Tab and select starting time and ending time ♦ Press Tab on Rep/Last Rep and select Representative choosen. ♦ Press Save to end transaction
